Dad is still not doing well. He is back in the hospital. My Great Granddaughter was in hospital yesterday. She is okay. My paraplegic daughter is having to go to the doctor a lot. So I have been running around like a crazy woman. I had to put my 14 year old schnauzer to sleep not long ago. So I am leaving town for Thanksgiving. I am getting out of " Dodge" so to speak. LOL

I never did get my big pond back up this year. No $$ for a liner. But the preform held my fishies and will for another winter. Liner is on my Christmas Wish List.
Matt is doing "fine" as always. He had a checkup today and all is well. He's done with radiation, chemo, etc. I think we're going to get his mediport out when he comes home for Christmas break. (oy, another medical proceedure over break! But this is a "it's DONE" one.)
Rachy rolled a car (I think I did post about that) this summer. Everyone that was hurt in that has healed up just fine.
Chris's car was hit by a drunk driver while it was parked in front of our house. He finally settled with the insurance - guy was under insured but what can you do.... Chris now has a new car that I really like.
Chris did move back out in September. We still have his pet rabbit here. When we let it out of the cage, he chases the cats around.
Kaiser (Matt's old dog) finally crossed Rainbow Bridge last month. It was time. I hated to make that decision, but he was hurting. Jada (new dog) misses him but not as much as I expected. She's a smart mutt but won't housebreak. Does all sorts of tricks but hasn't figured out "outside is where you potty". Any ideas?
Work is slow - economy hit us hard. That and all the rest of our disasters....but life goes on and it is good.
